Following the successful opening of the new Lidl supermarket in December 2021, we are excited to give an update on the wider Lusk Village Quarter project.

We are pleased to announce our first retail occupier in addition to Lidl at Lusk Village Quarter. Belfry & Co will be an independent café and artisan food store.

The second and third planning applications lodged for the Lusk Village Quarter scheme have received decisions to grant permission from Fingal County Council in line with the masterplan which we outlined in October.

The first planning application of four applications lodged, for the scheme has been granted permission in line with the masterplan for Lusk Village Quarter that we outlined in October. 

We are excited to announce that our new homes on Station Road will be launched in the coming weeks, offering a mix of two, three and four bedroom traditional family homes.
